STOP PRESS! On 1 July the phone box made it’s way to Beccles for the ‘professional’ work to take place to bring the paintwork back to life. The moving of it was fascinating to watch and our huge thanks to AN Fabrications for their help in this. The machine they brought on site was extraordinary – a bit like a giant spider with outstretched legs balancing the main body while it lifted the box and laid it on the truck.
